Services for Schools
How we can work together - a few examples...
Individual sessions
Speech and Language Assessments for students who may need additional support
Mindfulness & Breathwork for a staff member with long or high levels of absence to support recovery and resilience
Sound Therapy for a student with attentional issues
Speech and Sound Therapy for a student or adult experiencing vocal fatigue, throat constriction, or breath becoming shallow under stress.
Beyond the taught curriculum there is a hidden 'knowing-curriculum', without which learning cannot happen...
We know that true learning happens not just in the classroom, but in the invisible network that connects us all. Like the mycelium beneath the forest, the school community is a living system—nurturing growth, regulating energy, and co-regulating the emotional environment. We help schools to tap into this ‘knowing curriculum’ to build confident communicators, foster social relationships, build emotional regulation skills, acceptance, and connection.
Group sessions
Sound Bathing Sessions at the beginning or end of the school day for staff or student groups to support relaxation, better sleep, emotional release...
Social Communication Groups to support the development of friendships, social interaction, interpersonal and empathy skills.
Mindfulness & Meditation or Forest Bathing. Group journeys of breath and stillness - developing and refining the experience of 'now' and shared experience, building a greater sense of community.

"The old trees nurture the young ones and provide them food and water just as we do with our own children. It is enough to make one pause, take a deep breath, and contemplate the social nature of the forest and how this is critical for evolution. The fungal network appears to wire the trees for fitness..."
