We are a small business, for now it is just the two of us, but we two, bring a wealth of experience from living busy lives, raising families, and each of us has almost 30 years of experience working in education and health. We have seen a lot of changes through the years, but many things do not change. We truly understand that sometimes life can be challenging, because we have lived it, and we know that finding the resources or a space to re-charge and re-set isn’t always easy.
We have spent a lifetime learning what approaches actually help, and understanding how to fit those approaches into real life. We know what a difference it makes to have someone really pay attention to your needs and take the time to find ways to support you, ways that actually work with you, not just a 'one-size-fits-many programme’.
We may be small, but we believe that is one of our major strengths — it means we can offer a personal, caring and authentic approach to your wellbeing, and the wellbeing of your family, your friends, your community, your staff, or your students.
